Yes, Lingraph.com uses cookies, which have been used controversially

What Is Your Shipping Policy and How Are
Your Rates Calculated?
Shipping rates are assessed based on UPS shipping formulas which
take into account the weight of the product and the distance between
the origination point and the shipping destination. You can verify
our prices on their Web site located at www.ups.com.
Our shopping cart calculates the freight automatically for you after
you have provided your shipping information, but before you enter
your payment information and complete the order.
All in-stock orders are processed within 24 business hours and
should arrive within 7-10 business days. All packages are shipped
FedEx or UPS (at our discretion). Additional handling charges may
be imposed on some larger shipments which must be shipped via a
truck line or our own trucks, or on items that must be shipped via
the US Mail to PO Boxes. Items ordered together will not necessarily
be shipped together. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we
will notify you of an anticipated delivery date.

What Is Your Return Policy?
Returns are only accepted on defective or damaged merchandise,
or if the box has been unopened. If your item has been damaged in
shipping, is defective, or the wrong merchandise has been shipped
to you in error, you must notify Customer Service within 7 business
days in order to receive a refund or exchange. Returns after 15
days, if approved, are eligible for a merchandise credit only. Shipping
on returns and exchanges is not the responsibility of Lingraph.
Furthermore, in the case of returns, the initial shipping cost charged
on the order will not be refunded.
