What is Lingraph’s shipping policy and how are shipping rates calculated?

Shipping rates are assessed based upon UPS shipping formulas, which take into account the weight of the product, the distance between the origination point and the shipping destination, and the type of destination (business or residential). Click here to verify our prices on the UPS website.

The Lingraph.com shopping cart calculates the freight automatically for you after you have provided your shipping information, but before you enter your payment information to complete the order.
All in-stock orders are processed within 24 business hours and should arrive within 7 – 10 business days. All packages are shipped FedEx or UPS (at our discretion). Additional handling charges may be imposed upon some larger shipments that must be shipped via a truck line or our own trucks, or on items that must be shipped via the United States Postal Service to PO boxes.

Items ordered together will not necessarily be shipped together. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you with an anticipated delivery date.

What is the Lingraph return policy?

Returns are only accepted on defective or damaged merchandise, or if the box has been unopened. If your item has been damaged in shipping, is defective, or the wrong merchandise has been shipped to you in error, you must notify the Lingraph customer-service department at 630 924 7771 within seven business days in order to receive a refund or exchange. Returns after 15 days, if approved, are eligible for a merchandise credit only. Lingraph is not responsible for shipping costs of returned or exchanged items; nor will the initial shipping cost be refunded. To initiate a return, please contact us using the information below.
